I worked with both A. J. Brooks and Garrett Chastain. They were flexible and excellent to work with. They made sure it matched the first roof, because of HOA. They made suggestions on improvements, which I adopted. After the roof was installed, they had an inspector come out to make sure it was up to the latest building codes. I highly recommend them both.

I was impressed by one of the roofing contractors that we got a bid from but I was more impressed by Wortham Brothers Roofing. The foreman, Garrett and his associate AJ are genuine, professional, and very easy to talk to. Garrett found the source and explained the plan to fix our roof problem with integrity and confidence. They worked to successfully solve our problem with the insurance company. They also were prepared with a backup plan to help further with our insurance company, if needed. They answered all my questions and concerns with genuine concern and attention to detail. This was followed through from start to finish of the whole project. Roofing is inconvenient while it is going on because of the noise and unavoidable mess but they provided the right solution and timely completion with thorough clean up. I am very pleased with the quality materials, workmanship, responsibility and attention to detail of the hard working crew and leadership of Garrett and AJ who represent their company so very well. I can’t say enough good things about my experience working with Chason Vale from Wortham Brothers Roofing. From start to finish, he went above and beyond to make sure my home and insurance claim were handled the right way. Chason arrived on time, completed a thorough and honest inspection, and walked me through every step of the process—even in the intense Texas heat. He explained everything clearly, set realistic expectations and timelines, and made sure I understood every detail about the Owens Corning roofing system we were getting. What really stood out was his professionalism and dedication during the insurance inspection. When the roof inspector claimed there was no visible damage, Chason calmly showed the adjuster photo evidence that proved otherwise. A few days later, my adjuster even told me that if it hadn’t been for Chason’s presence, persistence and knowledge, the claim likely would have been denied. Because of his efforts, our new roof was fully approved and bought through insurance. He also helped coordinate some additional work around our home, and his team was prompt, efficient, and delivered quality results. Chason was easy to reach by phone or text, always responsive, and true to his word throughout the entire process. Making an insurance claim can be stressful in the DFW area, but having Chason on our side made all the difference. He fought for our home, kept us informed, and made sure everything was done right.
