After talking with Moe Awadi this afternoon we know we are in good hands. Moe contacted our insurance and got everything moving. He explained everything completely. It is great to have him representing us. Years ago we worked with DFWpro at a different home and had a wonderful experience! Meeting Moe lets us look forward to that again. Just beginning!

If you need your roof repaired or replaced, ask for Garret. This man showed up out of the blue helping someone else and happened to stop by after my kids toy car tipped over with the kids inside to make sure they were okay. He then ended up on my roof to show me the damage and “repairs” made. He told me I had a case and he fought for my wife and I. Within 2 weeks StateFarm had agreed to replace our entire roof here in Magnolia Pointe of Josephine TX. The whole team was fast to work and happy to answer questions and concerns AT LENGTH. As a Realtor, I know firsthand that roofs can make or break a real estate transaction, so my expectations were high when it came time to replace the roof and gutters on my own personal home. DFW Roof Pro absolutely delivered. Project Manager Ryan was amazing from start to finish. He was patient, responsive, detailed oriented to even make sure all the shingles, nails etc that come with roofing were picked up. Ryan also took the time to answer questions without ever making the process feel rushed or overwhelming. He had a great working relationship with the crew, which made the entire project run smoothly and professionally. One thing I really appreciated was how hands-on Ryan was during the selection process. He brought a shingle sample book and an abundance of gutter color ships, making it easy to hold them up to the house and truly visualize how everything would look before making a decision. That level of detail and care made a big difference. From communication to execution, this was a top-notch experience. Mike, Cedric and Ryan did an incredible job handling my roof repair. The insurance company took their sweet time getting the funds through but everyone made sure to check in every week for updates to get this done. I loved working with them and definitely recommend them for any future repairs!
