From the start, it was clear that Brian and the owner, John, are true professionals—not the type just trying to close a quick insurance deal. Filing an insurance claim can feel intimidating, but having TSC on your side makes all the difference. Brian guided me through every step and took charge when the insurance adjuster and inspectors came out. He walked the entire property with them and made sure nothing was missed—roof, gutters, solar panels, fencing, windows, even my child’s swingset. There’s so much more to storm damage than most people realize, and Brian catches it all. TSC is more than a roofing company—they’re a full-service general contractor, which made the entire process seamless. They even coordinated directly with my solar company to identify and replace damaged panels, all of which was covered by insurance. I can’t say enough good things about my experience. Roof removal and installment of the new roof was done with the greatest of care. Absolutely no problems whatsoever. All guarantees and workmanship was put into writing, everything was professionally done . The installer worked with the adjuster to do the roof inspection so that everything was done professionally and thoroughly. The installer had no problems working with the insurance company. All the work was done in a timely manner.
