Rubinsky Roofing

My experience with Rubinsky roofing company has been frustrating and disappointing. I signed a contract with them on 5/15/25 and as of today 12/04/2025 my roof has not been built. For my roof project, I have not received a definite initiation or completion. My account has been transitioned between multiple contacts and it has caused a lack of communication and accountability. First, Tomas then Manjit and lastly Brooklyn. She first contacted me to collect the out-of-pocket money. The insurance check had already been collected. She later told me there was no crew available. I had to constantly ask for updates until she eventually stopped responding. I requested to speak to the owner. I called the owner, Gilad Rubinsky. I have left him messages, emails and voicemails. All of my attempts to get him to communicate with me, regrettably have remained unacknowledged and unanswered. This has been beyond stressful and personally inconvenient. I’m very apprehensive about moving forward with this company. At this point the only way to rectify this is to just give me my money back. Rubinsky Roofing company has no interest or intentions in doing their job or working toward building my roof.

I do not recommend RUBINSKY ROOFING for any roofing needs. Its been a complete ordeal and an extremely poor experience working with the team at Rubinsky for my roof replacement. I got into the contract with them based on the promise to have my roofing taken care of within 1.5 months. I selected the shingles, signed the agreement and then they had me wire the money from the insurance. I wired the payment to them in June of 2025 and even after 5 months, I still dont have a new roof. Rubinsky's team keeps promising a new date every time and have been difficult to get by on the call after you have paid for. Every time you call them, they provide a new contact person mentioning the other staff is no longer with them. They were very responsive and would answer calls initially, but as soon as they took my payment, they have been bad in communicating back and addressing my concerns or providing any clarity. They claim they have their own team and it takes them time but keep the customer in dark to guess when they would do the work. I am still waiting for them to address my need for which they collected payments more than 5 months back. I will post again based on how they resolve my case.
