On the day of the project, they brought six or more workers who completed the job in one day. Detail and attention were given to covering landscaping and cleaning up every piece of debris. Our contact there is Anthony. He is the ultimate professional in delivering the contract, accurately describing the work to be done, and detailing the type of materials that were to be needed. The best roofers! Tyler and Anthony were both very knowledgeable and were able to advise on how to talk to the insurance company, they use materials that exceed local code requirements, and the crew was fast! They arrived at 7am and were done by 2pm. Tyler warned that we might find a couple nails in the yard because there are literally thousands of nails coming out of and going into the roof. We found 1 nail and a few pieces of debris (shingle fragments, plastic nail heads, etc.). They did an AMAZING job cleaning up; I don’t think I could have done a better job had I done it myself. We will definitely be using Pinnacle again and recommending them to our friends and family.
