Excellent service! We just had Kincaid Roofing come out for an inspection of our roof following last April’s hail storm. Martha at the office was very professional and courteous and promised to have a rep call right away. In a few minutes their rep, Rudy Martinez, called and we set up an appointment for the next day. The next day, when Rudy realized that he’d be a little late for our appointment he texted to let me know. That wasn’t a problem for me, and I VERY much appreciated the heads up. Then, at the appointment time Rudy texted again to say the he was on his way. After he inspected my roof he let me know that everything was fine (it pays to purchase top quality shingles). Kincaid will certainly be at the top of my list if I ever need services in the future. After the job there were some tire marks on your driveway and Chris had a local power washing company. Come out. Take care of it for free. Highly recommend working with Kincaid!

Kris is great to work with and helped me navigate a challenging process with my insurance company who didn't want to fund a premium shingle. He completed the work on time and flawlessly. Job site cleaned up well. Highly recommend.
