Joe Hall Roofing installed my original Class 4-40 year roof in 2004. The roof is doing great, but I had a problem with the two chimneys leaking due to improper construction in 1986. The builder did them on the cheap. Trey made the estimate on the complete (2) chimney rebuilds and repair of the roof underlayment. I watched the repairs and was amazed at the method and skill of the repairs. The crew was amazing. I was impressed with the repairs and I know that my issues have been corrected. The rubberized underlayment leading from the decking and up the sides of the chimneys was sheer perfection. I am very happy with the repairs. The price was excellent, and the responsiveness of the staff, from the office, to Trey who bid the work, to the crew lead by Gonzalo was beyond expectations. Joe Hall Roofing was superb to work with. Quickly inspected our roof after a hailstorm and prepared a detailed estimate, and coordinated with insurance. Undertook and completed the job in one (long) day. No exceptions to the estimate. This is our second time to use Joe Hall Roofing and, if needed, it likely will not be the last.

Upon contacting Joe Hall Roofing due to major damage from a hail storm I received an immediate inspection from Brett Hall. Brett was extremely thorough in identifying all the problem areas including roof, turbines, gutters, window screens, decorative copper panels, as well as damage to the roof on our shed. Upon submission of the estimate to my insurance, Brett Hall and Brandy Cotter worked with the insurance company to answer questions and/or gather additional information so that my total claim was paid in full, with my deductible being my only financial outlay. Once approved, Dana and the production team quickly scheduled the repairs, and worked with the City for the final inspection. I would highly recommend Joe Hall Roofing. Working with them was a great experience from start to finish.

Excellent job on 2025 class 4 shingle roof, and metal roof, restained wood fence, new gutters, etc. My highest recommendation to Joe Hall representative Brett King. He went above and beyond for our total roof replacement. He is very knowledgeable, honest, superb communicator, and went back to the insurance company with in depth insight to improve our claim!! I talked to 3 other companies in detail before picking Joe Hall Roofing - so glad I went with Brett and Joe Hall!!
