Becky Rodriguez worked with me throughout the process from the damage inspection, working with the insurance company, arranging installation dates that worked with my schedule and making sure everything was done correctly. She is a gem to work with! I am very happy with the new roof. Veronica and her crew did a fantastic job on the installation. I highly recommend this company.

I knew I needed a new roof after a big leak in my kitchen and my insurance agent recommended James Kate Roofing and Becky Rodriguez. I am so glad and thankful I listened. Becky has been on it since day one and I am grateful I followed my instincts and chose them. She is honest, funny and truly cares about people. I am 83 years old and can be forgetful. She walked me through every step and kept me well informed the entire time and would randomly check on me to see how I was doing. Very impressed. They did a fabulous job on my roof. This will likely be the last roof replacement in my lifetime but I feel blessed to have worked with Becky and James Kate. Thank you

We were contacted by Becky Rodriguez from James Kate roofing. She was professional, knowledgeable and was a pleasure to work with. The crew was great and was able to remove and replace our roof in one day. The clean up was thorough there was very little debris found. All contacts with any employee was a pleasant experience. Hopefully we won’t need a new roof anytime soon. But if we do I will call James Kate to do the job!

I recently had James Kate upgrade and replace our roof. I contacted 3 different companies initially and ended up choosing them because of their knowledgeable project manager, Steve McCoy, their ability to provide the type of roofing I wanted and their constant, prompt follow up. Every step of the way Steve kept me in the loop. They made it effortlessly easy to get things done with our insurance company and I never felt like my questions or even changed product line was an inconvenience. Highly recommend them. They’re honest and hardworking. We had a lot of roof to do and the guys worked from sunrise to evening to get it done in a single day. After completion follow up was great too. 👍👍 and ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

James Kate replaced my roof back in 2017 and did a great job. After another storm hit our area earlier in 2025 I decided to use them again. They did not disappoint. They were here when the insurance adjuster reviewed the damage on the roof and helped make sure everything that should be covered, was covered. The communication with the team was very good. The teams that replace the roof are James Kate Employees, so they have a vested interest in doing a good job. In 2017 a gas line was nicked as a part of the work, JK paid for that repair back in 2017. During this project JK inserted a 2x4 in the area where the gas line runs to make sure it never happens again. They have a Project Manager onsite while the work is going on to manage the crew and deal with any issues that arise. They placed nets around the house to protect flower beds and other sensitive areas. The project took only 1 day. After they were done, the Project Manager ran a magnet through the entire yard to pick any loose nails. I found very little debris after they were done. The gutter company they used did a very good job including adding leaf guards to the gutters. We had a problem drainage area near the front door where water would run down the side of the house, I asked them to look at this as a part of the project and that is no longer an issue due to how the water is diverted to and received by the gutters. Fingers crossed this is the last roof for our house, but if something does happen again, I would not hesitate to use them again.
