Castillo Roofing

I had them preemptively assess my roof and skylights after purchasing a home. They charge me $1400 to seal around my skylights and a few minor areas on my 3 yr old roof. Going forward 8months. The skylights leaked warped my wood ceiling in kitchen and caused mold. They denied it being anything to do with them. Saying the house had humidity. I had 2 companies assess. And made the proper repairs that they should have done in the first place. Use this company at ur own risk. They will have total denial.

Castillo Roofing recently installed a shingle roof on my parent’s house and they did a fantastic job. From the bid process to installation and final clean up, Castillo Roofing was respectful, considerate and easy to work with. I highly recommend this company. I got three estimates from three different companies that held good reviews and Castillo Roofing came in with a good priced, competitive offer. Chris Castillo was able to provide us with an estimate pretty quickly. He followed up with us through the decision process, explained the products the company uses and emailed me product information sheets with illustrations of the products. His crew also sent me photos of the progress they were making on the roof throughout the day, since I couldn’t be there. They also provided a good clean up after the job was done and a final walkthrough for quality. There are many roofing companies in the valley that provide a similar product. I know, I called and Googled many of them. Castillo Roofing gave me a quick estimate, offers a 10yr limited leak warranty, they take care of the wind certification so I did not have to hire a separate company for it and they did not require a deposit to get started. Final billing was easy and professional. They provided me with the paperwork needed to present to my insurance company as well. Overall, my parents are happy with their new roof.

Kevin, the project manager, was always readily available for any questions or concerns I had about my new roof. I received many updated photos throughout the process. His team of workers were very professional and diligent. Jazmin, the client operations manager, went above and beyond in helping this project run smoothly and efficiently. She made me feel very comfortable every time I spoke with her. Overall, the entire Castillo Roofing team did an exceptional job! I am extremely pleased with my new storm max roof!

If you’re in need of a roof, I recommend you save yourself the trouble and contact Castillo and Co Roofing. For two weeks, I researched several companies and compared, not only the estimates, but the quality of products they had to offer. Kevin, a sales rep for the company, came to my house and brought samples of the Atlas shingle we decided to purchase. Once they started the project, Kevin and Mr. Chris Castillo, ensured quality work and exceptional customer service. I could’ve replaced my roof by a company a lot cheaper than Castillo and Co Roofing but I would rather pay a little bit more for quality materials, better service, and great warranties rather than to be looking up at my ceiling every time it rains.
