I googled reviews for roofers nearby, Astar had 5 star by several people. I've seen them around neighborhoods while driving around and I finally had a leaky roof. I called them, they came out right away. Astar was very clear about the issues I had, showed me photos and detailed why I had a leak. Offered me several options for how to fix it, I wanted to replace the plastic bits on my roof anyway because I have a new house and it pissed me off the builders went cheap on me. Jimbo came out personally and showed me how he's going to fix my roof. Jimbo was very clear with me on what needed to be done and was absolutely fair with the pricing. I will absolutely use this company again when the time comes to replace the whole roof and would recommend to my neighbors and friends.

A Star put a new roof on my 4/2 house last fall and did a top-notch job in ONE day at a very reasonable price! When they came to assess the roof, they found hail damage, several layers of shingles from previous re-coverings, and helped us get it covered by our reluctant insurance company. They got much better coverage for it than we could without their help. Now, 1 year later, a huge tree branch fell on our roof. The branch was so big they had to use a chain saw on it to get it off of the roof, and did it at a very reasonable price. These people are honest, very knowledgeable, flexible, top notch professionals. They are a joy to work with.

A Star Roofing did a great job on our roof. Jimbo stayed on top of everything on the whole job, from the initial inspection through the final cleanup. He also came over when the insurance company sent an inspector over. A Star Roofing is a good, honest and totally capable company. We love our class 4 roof!

Outstanding work, excellent crew! They got our roof done in a day. We were in regular communication so we knew what was going on. They worked with our insurance company to help us get the work done. They even swept up all the leaves on our walkways and porch (we are in no physical condition to do that). Everything is better than it was before. I highly recommend A Star Roofing of Texas!
