Elmer and Sebastian from Top Tier Exteriors are ABSOLUTELY the definition of Top Tier when it comes to a job well done, their professionalism, the quality of their craft, and communication. After I reached out to several local light installers and was blown off I posted on Facebook a few weeks back looking for recommendations on an installer for some Philips-Hue Festavia permanent outdoor lighting we purchased for our house - I was able to install the first floor but didn't quite trust myself on a huge ladder to hit the 2nd floor... and that's when I met Elmer. He commented and tagged his business, telling me he's a local businessman who would be interested in learning more. I called him the next day and he was on site within a few hours to do an inspection - while he was there I asked for pricing on a roof, gutters, and some other work that we need to get done on our detached garage and he was quick to jump on that as well. Fast forward to now and we have a completed product that is clean, professional, and AMAZING in quality - my wife and I are absolutely thrilled with not only their attention to detail but the fact that Elmer and Sebastian worked so hard in the freezing cold to get these lights installed so meticulously - and the photos speak for themselves... In addition to the lighting they also fixed a piece of siding that had blown off overnight from the extreme winds we have experienced lately - truly they are a local team who care about their craft, and we can't wait to continue working with them on future projects. Elmer and his crew over at Top Tier Exteriors were wonderful to work with. They did an excellent job in a quick manner. The pricing was very affordable and significantly more reasonable than some of the bigger roofing companies we called beforehand. They managed to completely redo my roof in just 1 day. He was upfront about all aspects of the pricing and potential issues that could arise with an older roof so there were no surprises when I needed to replace not only the shingles but also the some of the plywood. He was transparent every step of the way with progress pictures and step by step pricing breakdowns which is terrific when getting a large project taken care of. They were flexible with their schedule and allowed me to best pick a day that worked with our needs. I bought an additional vent to place on my roof to combat the summertime heat and they had no problem placing and providing valuable insight into the best and most effective measure to assure us that our attic would not become to hot in the summertime. Overall, I can't say enough wonderful things about Top Tier Exteriors, Elmer and his crew. They were kind, insightful and flexible with their scheduling and did phenomenal work at a reasonable price. In the future if we need another roof for our next house Top Tier Exteriors will be our first call.
