I have been very happy with Rail Roofing. They examined my roof, explained important aspects of the condition and provided a detailed explanation of what they could provide. The communication throughout the process was responsive and helpful.They seem to only use high quality products. My neighbor had their roof replaced by them and another neighbor helped confirm that the pricing was very fair. They were efficient and cleaned up nicely during and after the process. I am grateful they helped make it a positive experience.

Absolutely best contractor I have ever worked with. Perfect communication, which came with photographic evidence of each step. Was on time for the original appointment and for service. Completely cleaned up after themselves, you’d never know there were there. Original consultation appointment was absolutely no pressure, but informative. This is a rental property for me and they understood and gave me all cost effective advice. I ultimately went for a complete replacement and found that the plywood underneath needed replaced. They right away contacted me with photos, suggestions (to do the job right and cost effective), and updated me on price. 10/10 would recommend. I have already given out recommendations to friends. Please understand that I was expecting to pay more and was surprised with the better quality for a slightly cheaper price than the competitors.

Rail Roofing did an amazing job on my roof and skylights. Very professional, courteous, patient and thorough. It was a pleasure to do business with this company. Especially considering the significant investment that comes with getting a new roof. Jamie answered all our questions and truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was getting done the right way. I will definitely trust this company in the future and will always recommend them to anyone that needs a trustworthy and professional company. The crew started bright and early and cleaned up the site with a white glove. They even readjusted all outside decorations that needed to be moved for them to get the job done. Other than an amazing looking new roof, there is no evidence that they were even here. Impeccable work at a spectacular price!

Always prompt and courteous of the property and neighbors yards with prep and cleanup. Excellent communication skills all the way from consultation to project completion and reasonably priced for the high quality of work performed. From the initial roof inspection to the last piece of debris being cleaned up when the job was finished, it was an excellent experience with Rail Roofing. I had bids from four different roofing companies before making a decision and felt that John was completely straightforward in addressing our concerns, along with the best price. Tim & his roofing crew arrived at 6:30am and finished the entire new roof and cleanup by 3pm. We're very pleased with Rail Roofing and will recommend them to friends & family!
