Prescott Roofing performed a much needed chimney restoration for me this winter. I truly appreciate them fitting me into their schedule so quickly in order to prevent further damage to my home this winter from my chimney being exposed to the elements. Jeff was my main contact person, and he was extremely helpful with any questions and concerns I had along the way.

I contracted with Prescott Masonry to perform some lintel upgrades above my windows and garage with the associated brickwork and caulking.as well various spot pointing of bricks. I also had some masonry repairs and a cap on the chimney. When looking for companies to handle it, I noticed that they have been around since 1906, so one assumes they aren't going to disappear. The process was nicely handled by Jeff, who arrived on time to explain and write up all work to be done and submit a timely quote and explained the work is backed by a warranty. I was contacted by Jeff when the work was to be performed since materials needed to be ordered for the project. When the work was ready to begin I met with Nate, who was in charge of the crew performing the work. I generally met with Nate each morning as he explained what would be done that day. If there were weather interruptions, since it was done in the winter, Nate would let me know for how long and when they would return. When all the work was completed, Nate and his crew cleaned up very nicely. I was contacted by Jeff the following day to make sure I was pleased with job as performed. Since I was not home the day that Nate completed the job, he came by a day later and showed me everything that was done and made sure that I was pleased with the work. I felt that the entire process was handled in a way that a customer should be treated, with respect. They stand by their work. I was quite pleased with Prescott. I would definitely recommend them. We have used Prescott in the past for gutters and new garage roof. When it was time to replace our 80-year-old slate roof Brenan came out to meet with us to discuss material options. We were very impressed with his knowledge and chose a DaVinci product. The office was great in keeping us informed of product availability and starting time. Our on-site Forman, Colin, was a true craftsman, expecting perfection (and we got it). The crew was friendly and hard working. Job completion was accomplished including full clean-up. We were very impressed.

Prescott was very helpful and knowledgeable when fixing my roof. They took pictures and pointed out all the issues I was having with the roof. They fixed everything including a full roof deck replacement. I recommend them for anyone’s roof repair needs.

I used Prescott to replace two of my rubber roofs and install new copper gutters and downspouts. Jon C. was the one to come out and give a quote, he came out very quickly and his quote was super thorough - we had no unpleasant surprises. We even got a little bit money back because they had budgeted for one detail to be harder than it turned out to be. They also recommended and worked well with a carpenter we needed for a deck. As for the team, our roofs are hard to access and everything had to be loaded by hand and moved through the house. The team was clean, fast and attentive to details. They also picked up after themselves. In the pictures below you can see the care taken around the flashing and how they resolved where the flashing meets the gutters. This has been a super rainy season and they were quick to reschedule if the weather made it impossible to do work on the planned day. When they started working, it was also in and out, we didn’t have to worry that our house would get wet because they got each roof waterproofed the same day they removed the old roofing. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again for our final roof. 10/10, no notes! Thank you Prescott team!
