I recently purchased an older home with a slate Roof, I called Paul Wright Roofing company a month before I purchased the home, 2 days after I moved in, Sal showed up with his magical drone and did a full evaluation of the condition of our new poorly maintained roof. He walked me through all the pros and cons of a slate Roof and the maintenance involved, He also gave me some quotes on a new roof with standard shingles and fancy new shingles that look like slate! We chose to repair the Slate roof we currently have, It goes well with the house and neighborhood. The Slate crew that fixed over 120-140 slate on our roof were very professional efficient and great! I would recommend this company to Anyone considering A roofing company in the area! Especially Slate! It’s nice to see a solid company that shows up when they say they are going to, provides professional communication and performance! Disappointed with both the pricing and quality of work. Shortly after the repair was completed, our roof began leaking again. When we contacted the company to address the issue, they refused to inspect the work unless we paid an additional fee. We sought second opinions from other licensed roofing contractors, who independently assessed the repair and described the work as substandard and improperly executed

These guys did a spiffy job on my flat roof apartment building. The roof had issues And it lasted 8 almost 9 years longer after the repairs. Great job PWR Unfortunately the roofer/ salesman is no longer with them. I wanted him to come back out and sell me a roof. Great guy.Horrible loss for PWR. RIP mike.

I am not a customer of Paul Wright Roofing but wanted to write a review after a positive experience I had with their customer service line and manager Greg. My neighbors recently had a roof done and following the service I had a concern about an area of my roof that was affected. After writing a note and sending in a request to be contacted last night via their website, Greg called me this morning and arranged for one of his serviceman to come out and correct the minor issue today. Greg was very patient, kind, and listened. In addition, his serviceman was very skilled and respectful while on my property.
