When my husband and I first called Par One we were just looking for someone to make right what had been built so wrong by another contractor. I had a vision of what I had wanted our back porch to look like, but had lost hope of that happening as the project became a nightmare. When meeting with Rick, he took the time to listen to us talk about what our vision was and he eased our minds that we could still have that dream. Rick and Pat went above and beyond for us to ensure that we were comfortable and happy throughout the entire process especially coming off of such a bad experience. Par One will be the contractor we will call for our future building projects for sure!

From disaster to masterpiece. We endured an experience with a contractor that left us utterly frustrated and severely disappointed. Then came along Rick and PAR ONE to assess the damage and restore our hope. We had a pool deck and deck roof that each needed completely torn down and rebuilt. We had a vision and Rick’s team brought it to life. Rick was fabulous to work with from day one, helping guide us through the journey. He was very attentive and made sure the work was done properly, on time, and met our expectations. We can’t thank him enough for bringing a little peace and joy back into our lives!!

Our roof had experienced wind damage and at the very least needed part of the roof replaced. ParOne answered our call and scheduled an estimate very quickly. After starting the repair they did find much more that was needed and let us know as well as offered affordable pricing for the additional costs. They complete our entire roof which is very high and not small (unsure of the sq footage). All of the workers were kind and professional and even cleaned up quickly and efficiently. We are beyond happy with our services despite the unexpected additional cost and would recommend them! I have photos that were shared of what our roof looked like as they pulled it up.

I am Extremely pleased with the entire experience dealing with Par One for my roof replacement. I did extensive research on roofing materials and companies. I was looking for the best in the area. From the initial call for an estimate through completion of the roof yesterday, everything and everyone at Par One was top-notch. When the crew showed up, they were on time & friendly. The crew worked together seamlessly and they did an amazing job. This company has special equipment including a gas powered lift that raises up a big aluminum container to the roof so old shingles don’t get on the ground. In the last few years I replanted new shrubs so I was concerned that they might be crushed. The crew gently hung covers around the house and at one point even stood holding up a tarp when they were working close to my pond so old material would not fall into the water. There was absolutely no mess left behind, not even a scrap of roofing material. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and neighbors. My new roof is beautiful and makes a huge difference in the curb appeal of my home.

My wife and I couldn't be happier with the work we had Par One Construction complete for us. The deck, siding, windows, and bathroom, all exceeded our expectations.
