Quick response to my request. Very nice job and very good clean up afterwards.

I recently had a patio roof removed by them. It had collapsed last winter from all the snow. The work that John did, while he was here, was quick, efficient, and exactly what I wanted. Price was good too. I would highly recommend them.

Oaks did not address problems that resulted during their installation of a new roof, caused by not adequately covering the roof when a rainstorm occurred during the installation. Although I called and left messages neither the installer nor the regional supervisor has returned my phone calls. A subsequent inspection by my insurance company required to offset costs for ceiling damage has called into question the quality of the workmanship done by Oaks Roofing. I am not happy with the service nor the unprofessional way this matter has been handled.

Quality company all around, but I want to specifically recommend the on-site project manager Nate. Nate was super nice and one of the most professional people, and he dealt with his crew was exceptional. The crew was also good natured, efficient, hard working, and they worked clean. I would very much recommend using Oaks for your home projects.

Oaks Roofing was excellent! The workers showed up at 7:00 AM and worked until the evening. They were courteous and hard working. They cleaned everything up before leaving the first day. The second day on the job, they once again showed up at 7 AM and worked until the roof was finished. Everything was cleaned up. I highly recommend Oaks Roofing.
