M&M Exteriors LLC

We have been working with M and M for several months now and highly recommend them. We had fire damage to our home from a neighbor’s fire and were working with our insurance company to get coverage for the damages. M & M had put a few neighbors roofs on the few weeks before, so we called them out for an estimate to repair the damage. Jake came several times to meet with us and the insurance adjuster before we had even committed to work with his company. Several times he supported us and helped us through the process with no strings attached. In the end, our insurance company did not agree to cover everything that we were hoping to complete, but we decided to go forward with M & M for all exterior work in order to have a cohesive finished product. M & M replaced all windows, siding, roof, soffits, and gutters. The workers were hard working and kind. They left the area clean after each work day and any issue that we asked about, they quickly addressed. Jake is friendly and not at all pushy. We had several companies give us estimates for the jobs and by far M & M made us feel most confident that they could get the job done effectively. We are very happy with the finished product! I called M&M Exterior about a roof leak and they were here the same day. I ended up needing a new roof. I could not have picked a better company to work with. They were efficient, courteous and very fair with their pricing. My roof looks fantastic! The area around my house was left neater then they found it. M&M also knows how to work with your insurance company if need be. I cannot say enough good things about Jake and his Crew, it was a pleasure to meet them.

Excellent results on a well planned reroofing project. Came to house to inspect roof and prepare an estimate and within a day we had the contract signed and work scheduled a mere three days later. Reroofing was completed in one and 1/4rd day. They covered the surrounding shrubbery to prevent damage, cleaned up all debris before departing, including a through sweep for stray nails using a high powered magnet on our property and our neighbor’s property. They also gave us a 10 year guaranty on their workmanship. I give M&M my highest recommendation. 😀

Austin and the M&M crew were excellent! Austin not only gave us the most reasonable estimate, he explained the process and stuck to his quote. The M&M installation team was scheduled, they were punctual and professional. My new roof looks great! We will be having M&M back for future projects.

They did a great job. Woke up to a drip in my kitchen. Was given their number by a friend. Jake came out quickly to evaluate the issue. Found some of the shingles had come loose in the area of the leak. He put on a temporary cover to stop the leak. All while it was raining. Helped us with insurance people. Insurance only wanted to do a small repair. We discussed this verses a complete replacement. Gave us a very good deal on the replacement. On day of replacement the crew came out and in 3 hours I had a new 50 yr roof. Did a very good job of cleaning up after they were done. Highly recommend them for your roofing needs.
