I was very pleased with this company with putting a new roof on my parent’s house. Catherine was great in communicating and explaining different aspects of the roof job. I also met Dean who was the owner who also explained different things to me about the roof. I got many before, during and after pictures of the roof which was helpful to see. The workers were nice and answered many questions I had. The roof looks great and the workers cleaned up very well! I would definitely recommend this company!

Could not say enough good things about the service LINC provided! Such friendly and attentive workers. Provided such great service and everything was perfectly completed to my expectations. The consistent communication was a great addition to the experience working with LINC. I feel confident that LINC has my best interest should I have any issues in the future! Love that they offer a warranty and stand by their work! Don’t let the few bad reviews fool you!

We got 3 bids to replace our roof and Link was the lowest. We were a little concerned going with the lowest price but was happily surprised by the crew showing up exactly at 7:00 the day they were scheduled, replacing the roof and cleaning everything from the site. I noticed a few damaged 1x6 pcs of roof sheathing from the before and after photos that Link replaced and did not charge. We are very happy with the people, value and workmanship from Link.

Disappointed. That is the best way to describe our experience. We had used LINC for a roof project and we were happy. So we contracted with them to replace siding on the back of our house. We were out of town when the work was completed, but when we returned we saw issues with the quality of the work. Don't take my word for it, see the attached pictures. I don't think I am being too picky and I don't think most customers would consider the work properly done. The nail holes were covered with globs of caulk, boards did not line up and paint was missing. I was told that was because my house was not even, but we did not have the issue before and issues should have been discussed. I expressed my concerns and was told that I needed to pay the full amount because the project was completed (always a red flag), and they assured me that the issues would be addressed. I trusted LINC and thought of them as honest, so I paid the amount in full. That was April of 2024. I have since called and emailed multiple times with no resolution. They did have one person come out with paint but no other materials, and he told me he was unable to fix the issues with his supplies/equipment. I have been assured that it would be addressed by the owner but no resolution has occurred. I waited to write a review because I am non-confrontational and believe that good people will do the right thing, but after 18 months I think my faith is gone. If they did not feel comfortable installing Hardie board or had other issues, I would have appreciated if they just said so at the time of the install. Look at the pictures yourself and judge if this is the quality you are looking for. Mostly disappointed by the response of people I trusted. Everything was great until there were issues.

LINC Roofing is an exceptional contractor with model service. When I saw the work LINC had done on my neighbors home, I reached out to Dean to look at the skylight windows in our home. He came on time, thoroughly reviewed our windows, was totally honest about what needed to be replaced and offered reasonable pricing. Our skylight windows had to be specialty ordered from another country and LINC handled it all. Prior to the order, Catherine sent us a detailed, online proposal with a break down of costs and payment schedule. Throughout the process, I received just the right amount of texts and emails with status updates and I never had to initiate anything. Once the window arrived, I received an automatic appointment update with explanation. On the day of installation, Dean arrived early and his crew was right on time. Dean explained what was going to happen throughout the day and the expected time range. The members of his crew were all personable and took excellent care to insure everything was properly covered and protected while they were working. Not only was the work excellent, you could tell they each enjoyed and took pride in their work. If you want quality work, fair pricing and excellent communication, look no further.
