Do not recommend this company what so ever. My garage took a year to complete when I was estimated about 4-6 weeks. Every single part of my garage was subcontracted out with ZERO communication to me or my husband. Things would be scheduled (after us pestering when are people coming) to be then cancelled the day before. Or when they did show up, they would work on the garage for about two hours and leave - again leaving with ZERO communication. After the project was completed - we signed off simply because we were so sick of the head games and no communication and things not getting done when we asked. Throughout the entire project we had rain water pouring into our garage and they "had no idea" how. Which is a joke because they specialize in water restoration yet cant build a garage that doesn't leak water under the drywall. Needless to say we spent about 25k for us to have to gut and replace the entire garage when it is dry rotting away because they refuse to fix the fact that water seeps in under the walls. They now do not respond to our emails of water coming in (which has been a problem since the very start). The "warranty" is a joke. Oh and when you call to the office to figure out where you are in the process of your project that you paid for - you'll get attitude from the office lady. Do not use this company has it has been nothing but problems since we worked with them. I will be sure to tell everyone I know to not use them as well. I have never once written a google review in my life but after being treated the way they have treated us, I've decided to take time out of my day to hopefully save the next potential customer from choosing this company. Stay away unless you want treated with disrespect and like your project is on the back burner and other projects are more important than yours. Also the actual quality of the project is terrible. Everything is cheaply done. When promised a new seal for the garage door, my husband came home to check it out and found them stuffing bubble wrap into the seal to appear bigger. I let the owner know of this - no response. Stay away from this company. UPDATE: since liberty decided to comment on my original review - to "make things right." LOL Rob told my husband he WILL NOT be fixing anything "because of my google review." Here are updated photos from today's rain. Stay away from this company. It's so incredibly disheartening they want to do nothing about a terrible project. They take zero ownership of not knowing what they are doing.

JR did a fabulous job getting rid of the mold in my basement and he took the time to spray so the mold wouldn’t return. He also sealed around the Bilco doors to keep the water from coming in. JR was neat and thorough. I couldn’t have asked for a better worker.

Rob & his associates completed 3 different renovation projects for us in the last 18 months. Everything was done in a timely manner. Communication is key for us, and they were great! Amanda is wonderful to work with also on the administration side of the house. This is one of the projects they completed. Our water heater had a leak which mostly flooded underneath our stairs & our entire front door entryway. Here you are the before/after pictures. We highly recommend LRC!!

Liberty Restoration treats your own as though it was their home. They ensure work is done with the upmost care. Their customer service is phenomenal and no question was too small as they helped us recover from water danger. Highly recommend!

We had Liberty install the roof on our new home and it was a great experience! The guys were very professional and got the job done quickly. The owner even came on site during the installation to make sure things were running smoothly! I highly recommend this company!
