Leeland's Slate Roofing

The leelands state roofting truck that starts with plate number ZHR is a MANIAC! Weaving in & out of traffic at high speeds in a residential area while his truck is loaded with ladders & other equipment. Total hazard. Would never trust someone who drives like this to work on my property. DRIVE SAFELY!!!!!

Leelands Slate has maintained the slate roofs and gutters on our 120+ year old historic home and detached garage since 2018. In May of 2024 they installed copper gutters, copper and rubber porch roofs on the main house and a new Vermont slate roof on our garage. They know what they are doing and repair these tricky roof lines the right way. We cannot say enough positive things about this company, from the top down - Joe, Colleen, (and Donna who retired), Nan, Luke - all the team members are respectful of our property and professional in their work. We feel lucky to have found Leelands! HIGHLY recommend.

Leeland’s Slate Roofing did a great job on repairing our 100+ year old slate roof and chimney. Donna (admin assistant) was professional, answered all our questions and was very informative. We were on a waitlist but it was 100% worth the wait. The roofers were polite, efficient and did quality work. We will be using Leeland’s for all our future roof maintenance and repairs.

Leeland’s is awesome. I had seen their positive reviews as well as signs for them all over my neighborhood, so they were the only company we pursued, trusting they’d do great work — and they did. We have a 100 year old slate roof that had some chipped, loose, and missing tiles, as well as some damaged and unattached gutters. They took care of all of it in 3 days and took extra care to leave the yard free of debris or anything dangerous to keep our dogs safe which was very thoughtful. They were also very flexible in letting us provide some of our own slate and snow guards. Gabriel and his team were thorough and courteous, and Donna was always pleasant to schedule with. There was a decent delay from the time we originally called in December, but they told me from the start that they were booking 3 months out, so I didn’t mind. Overall I would wholeheartedly recommend them for anyone who has a slate roof that needs some love!

Leeland's took over the maintenance on our slate roof and gutters about 10 years ago. They do consistently excellent work and are a pleasure to deal with on all levels. Donna Granger in their office is terrific and I have always found communicating with Leeland's easy and pleasant. Gabriel and Marquis handled our maintenance appointment yesterday and were prompt, informative, and did great work. I would not trust our roof work to another company.
