We sincerely appreciate the work and professionalism of J.O.N. Construction! The project, a complete roofing & siding overhaul and new installation in Fairview, was completed in just 2 days. After they were done, you couldn't even tell that we had just torn off hundreds of shingles, screws, and nails - the yard & garden were completely clear. The first day included tearing off our old chimney, replacing all the underlying wood and shingles, and reinforcing our home with metal siding. The bill was surprisingly affordable too. Easy communication with the company & crew, they were always available to answer my questions.

I am blown away by the quality of my roof installation. There are so many advantages to choosing a family owned local roof installer that has its act together. Firstly, 1) the entire team works efficiently together saving a lot of time throughout the scheduling and roof replacement process. 2) these smaller companies tend to rely on referrals from doing good quality work, so you know they won't cut corners. 3) they offered several complementary services for more work I needed on the skylights and an extension for the back roof. After signing the agreement it was easy to find a convenient time within the same week to begin our project. JON's crew is extremely hard working and they do an amazing job at clean up all while also ensuring no damage happens to the rest of the house. I received a quote for $11,200 for my detached single family home meanwhile LVR also wanted a similar amount. I put in a proposal request and Frank came back with an extremely fair priced offer. Hats off to JON Construction and I will be using their services for our business location. If you are in the market for a new roof replacement, I highly recommended getting a bid from these guys.

Our experience with this roofing company has been fantastic! Frank and his team demonstrated they are true professionals that genuinely want to do a great job for you. We had our entire roof replaced on my grandparent's townhouse in Hanover, and the process only took 2 days which was perfectly reasonable for our size home and the weather conditions. They even added new gutters at no additional cost. After the project was completed, Dave came over personally to check in and sent us some aerial shots of our new roof. Overall extremely satisfied with the quality and pricing.

J.O.N. Construction replaced the roof on our house and shed. They did an excellent job. Their crew was on time and did great work. They cleaned up all trash and left the property looking as it did before the job. I did a lot of research and got several estimates before choosing J.O.N. Construction. I am glad I chose them.
