The Roofing industry always get a bad rap. On our first house, 30+ years ago we had an absolute nightmare of a company. We were fortunate to find Jim Miller, who had done the roof for my inlaws a few years ago. Our house had a tree land on it in Feb and Jim Boyce from Miller's came right out and immediately patched up the holes so there would be no leaks or further damage while my insurance company dragged out our claim. He brought us samples to choose from, never rushing and understanding that we were waiting for the insurance to come through , which took several months. Any time I'd call or email I'd get a prompt reply - which is critical to me when doing business . When the time finally came, the crew was punctual ( earlier than told which is great ), they were friendly and professional and worked HARD on the coldest and windiest day of the year, for 2 days . They discovered 4 broken rafters from the tree damage that my insurance company did not find , which could have led to the roof collapsing with heavy snow . Two days later the Gutter crew showed up and same thing - friendly, professional - and got the job done . Most important, when they were done, you didn't even know they were there. The property was cleaned up and looking like it did before they arrived. Their price was considerably lower than the other quotes we got and their work was great. I highly recommend them .

I had a positive experience with Jim Miller roofing. They came out to repair the slate roof to keep the squirrels out. Squirrels do a lot of damage but Jim Miller managed to keep them out. Thank you!

great experience with Jim Miler Roofing from the estimate to project completion. We dealt with Jack at Miller to replace the roof on our quirky old house. He and his installers dealt with our 100 year old wood siding and multiple flat roofs in addition to our standard roof replacement. The installation team were efficient craftsmen, their cleanup process was super. We would not hesitate to use Miller Roofing in the future.
