Not only my experience but all of my neighbors on my cul-de-sac have had only positive experiences with Impriano Roofing and Siding. I learned about Impriano from a neighbor. A couple years ago they installed new gutters. The gutters are really nice and my entire experience was fantastic. Respectful, professional and friendly. Most recently I had a squirrel issue that they took care of in a timely manner and reasonable price. I highly recommend Impriano

We had our 30-year-old siding replaced by Impriano Roofing & Siding. We couldn’t be happier with the experience and result. The initial visit by Brendan was informative, to the point, and very pleasant (none of the car salesmanship we experienced with another company). The quote was very competitive. Brendan addressed our many questions and special requests right away and patiently dealt with our going back and forth on some of the trim options. The few hick-ups were not really the company's fault. The initially selected wider panels were no longer available because the manufacturer had discontinued them recently. The delay in the planned start date was due to delayed shipment by the manufacturer. Once it started, the job was done very efficiently. It took less than three days to remove the old siding and gutters, replace several wood panels with water damage, and install the house wrap, the new insulated siding, and the new gutters. The site was cleaned up almost spotlessly, with no noticeable damage to the many foundation plantings. We subsequently found a few dozen nails and numerous tiny pieces of vinyl and insulation in the flower beds around the house, but this was unavoidable as they were well camouflaged in the mulch and snow. The half-dozen damaged window screens were rescreened at no cost (removal of the window screens should be added to the prep checklist). The on-site manager, Ed, was a pleasure to work with. He helped address a few unanticipated issues during the installation, then scheduled a follow-up visit by the crew, and responded instantly to questions and concerns. The only less than ideal aspect was the need to remove and then reinstall the front porch steps and railing to get access to the siding. Because Impriano wasn’t able to take on or subcontract this job, we had to find a handyman ourselves, then coordinate the work between the two parties. The moving start date made this an extra hassle. That aside, we are very pleased with the new look of our house, the quality and value of the work, and the customer focus, and we can recommend Impriano without hesitation.

Working with Impriano is a very good experience. Having my roof replaced was my third time using this company, flanges replaced in the past. There was NEVER a problem! The pricing was very fair, their service and workmanship is excellent.

I had my roof and rain gutters replaced. From start to finish this was one of the best experiences I've had with any home contractor. They did the roof in one day and the gutters the next day. Both crews were highly professional and did great work. They cleaned up afterward and removed the dumpster the day the job was finished. Someone even came out the next day to sweep all around the house again for any nails, etc. Communication was excellent, with the workers and with the people in the main office. If you need roofing or siding I can highly recommend Impriano. My cats didn't like all the hammering on the roof, but they seem to be getting over it.

Impriano Roofing & Siding came and inspected our roof and helped us with our insurance claim, which ultimately resulted in them installing a new roof. They are extremely professional and did a great job. Jack made the entire process seamless. We would recommend them to anyone looking to have repairs or a new roof installed. We have had issues with finding good/reliable roofers in the past, so it was really refreshing to work with a company like Impriano!
