Our new teak roof looks awesome! The crew completed 4000+ square foot of roof in the cold and wind in under a day! They were safe and tedious about their work! They did a great job and we are very thankful to have found Home Genius

I recently used home genius for a roofing replacement and I can't speak highly enough of the process and final product. The roof looks amazing and I am so pleased with the process from inspection to installation. Project Manager Dylan Hoffman was very friendly and helpful through out the installaion process. Crew Foreman Jerson did a great job running the day to day operations of the crews. The crews were about as hard working as humanly possible. Bravo to the home genius crews. I’ll add some pics of the final job once we get a chance. It looks so much improved from original 23 year old vinyl siding. I believe the Hardie siding was the right choice for our extreme wind and sun conditions. The roof looks great also. We appreaciate the roofing teams efforts as well last month. I'll try and post and update after a while to let you know how the job is holding up.

Worked with Home Genius to upgrade the gutters on my 125 year old home - they did a fantastic job, extremely transparent through the whole process, great communication, install crew was kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. Install was quick and they did great cleanup as well, leaving nothing behind that was out of place or could cut anyone.

From initial consultation through final walkthrough, we have dealt with well informed professionals. Everyone has been friendly, hard working and attentive to our needs and changing condition as construction continued. We were ever able to work through some minor communications issues to keep the job running smooth. The siding materials are way higher quality than what we were initially thinking we would do and we are glad we made the investment. The color has been just a complete curbside change to our house for the better. We are very pleased with it and would highly recommend these guys to anyone considering work to the exterior of their house. We can’t wait for the shingles to come in and complete the job.
