I had the best price by THOUSANDS. They did better work than ANY company w quality and material. They had my whole roof done w new wood by 1230. In one day they ate After they finished. Not one person made a bother but they were all awesome guys. Good people, best product and materials and the best results. Not one issue. This is maybe the only company not killing people for 1000s extra. And they Nailed the estimate ! They deserved tipped and they deserve this REAL rating. Don’t even waste time getting other estimates and they beat the ahmish by about 3200 sooo

A few months ago we had some work done by Helm's team on several of the buildings on our property. They completed a roof replacement, siding, soffit/fascia work and replaced the gutters as well. I am so thankful we chose Helm construction because we do not believe we would have received the same level of high quality work for the same price elsewhere. The entire process was incredibly easy from getting the quote, accepting the offer, having the work scheduled all the way through to the final check. EVERYONE we communicated with throughout the process was kind and professional. The construction crew was knowledgeable and conscientious of our time and space and were even genuinly concerned when there were some issues with one of the existing structures that needed repaired before they could continue. They were truly concerned about the additional costs we would incur with the unexpected repairs. It was so refreshing to finally have a company do the work right and complete all of the work within the contact and all while maintaining professionalism and a great attitude throughout. We are incredibly grateful for this team and hope to have them complete additional work in the future.

Leon and his crew did an excellent job of replacing our roof. They were timely, within schedule and displayed solid work ethic. They had to replace some wood and did so reasonably. They also added flashing around dormer windows, fixed flashing to keep critters out, and added hook inserts for hanging/displaying our holiday decorations. Details such as color of the caulking around the chimney and where flashing and siding had to be replaced on a section of a flat roof were perfectly matched. They kept a clean work place and were considerate of car space for our cars and our neighbors. They worked full days but within reasonable day hours. They were courteous and respectful. We highly recommend.

From the first time I contacted Helm Construction for a quote on a new roof, it has been a wonderful experience. Honesty, integrity, customer centric, fair pricing (great as far as I am concerned), commendable work ethic and delivering on the product as presented. They did everything possible, and went the extra mile, in trying to accommodate my schedule because I was leaving for Brazil for missions. They did an excellent job, very professional and made sure everything was throughly cleaned up when they left. They were so impressive that my next door neighbor contracted them and they did both of our roofs the same day! Leon is off the charts as the foreman! He is so on top of things, personable with the customers and you really get a comfort that he is working on your behalf in every aspect. I highly recommend them was blessed to find that company.

From start to finish, Helm Construction made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and professional. Cory and Alex in the office were incredibly helpful with the estimate and scheduling. They were always quick to respond and easy to work with. Cody walked me through everything I needed to know and helped make sure my insurance company stayed in the loop and was satisfied the whole way through. Leon kept me updated during the actual roof work, which gave me real peace of mind. The roofers themselves were amazing. They worked hard during a heat wave to get everything done quickly and efficiently. They even sent me photos right away so I could forward them to my insurance company. And the cleanup was impressive. They made sure no debris or nails were left behind. I’m extremely happy with both the process and the final result.
