I am so disappointed. I had done my research regarding First Choice and read all the great reviews so I was confident in hiring them to replace my roof. What a mistake this was. Brandon was quick to come out look at the roof and work with insurance to get my roof replaced. that's where the good service stopped. This has been going on since Mid October and I still do not have a completed roof and gutters. Brandon has ghosted us at least 4 times now, with more excuses as to why the work can't be done then imaginable. I called the main office had to leave voice mail only to get a return call from a young lady telling me not to be upset she was there to help....NOT the case, she took the information and never returned my calls. I am so upset with the horrible service I would give this company ZERO stars if possible. I may have to seek legal ramification's to get my roof complete!!

Benny was fantastic and very easy to work with. The process was seamless and very easy. We were lead through each part of the process and any questions were answered. On roof repair day the guys were so respectful, clean, and efficient. Highly recommended!

I’m a 76 year old widow living alone. I am aware that many companies attempt to take advantage of women in my situation. Not so with First Choice Exteriors. Chris Guillen inspected my roof, showed me their products, and offered their services at an unbeatable price. His crew did a wonderful job of replacing my roof and, when they cleaned up afterward, left my yard looking better than it did before. I strongly recommend First Choice Exteriors.

Chris was awesome. He did everything possible and worked with the insurance guy to get my roof inspected and approved. Chris came by and showed me everything that will be done and cost. Then showed and explained material and Shingle color to choose from. Work was done in a day and the company offered warranty on their work. Referred to several friends and family who also got approved.

Thank you Justin for giving us a very reasonable price on our roof 1st of all. Then I want to thank your crew for an excellent fast job ! The crew was awesome , got to our early and went right to work. They completed our roof in about 8-9 hours. Detailed clean up and really efficient . I recommend First Choice Exteriors to anyone seeking to have a roof replacement. You are welcome to have a look at our house anytime. REVISED COMMENT ON FIRST CHOICE , PLEASE READ ! So I was very pleased with the roofing job as stated, However, time had passed and I noticed Damage to our screen slider. I sent pictures to Justin and Nobody Ever Followed up on the damage, you can clearly see when they stripped the roof a shingle ripped through our screen. I think it’s in bad taste to hide from damaged property . All I can say is BEWARE AND INSPECT EVERY INCH OF YOUR HOME BEFORE HE LEAVES
