We were very happy we chose Equity Roofing. They walked us thru the entire process. Taking photos, and explaining just what needed done. Trevor and the crew were great. Was not a small job,. Results were amazing. Would definitely refer you hem to friends.

I had the original roof on a house built in 2002. About 2 months ago, I learned that my home insurance premiums were elevated due to the age of the roof. I contacted some roofing contractors for estimates. From research Equity appeared to have impeccable reviews and their price was about $3K lower than the initial company and there was a 3% discount for cash. Equity was great to deal with, and their estimate was good for 30 days so no pressure. The original install date was 30 October but had to be delayed until 31 October due to rain. Equity arrived early on the 31st, was very efficient and completed both the house and detached garage by about 1500. The installation looks good and hopefully will stand the test of time. Equity replaced some wood on the sunroom roof dues to rotting at no additional cost. They protected all areas of the house and surrounds and got the necessary permits for the job and street closure - parking is extremely limited in Harrisburg. One major disappointment was that the color I selected for the tile color - Harbor Blue - got changed to brown, I guess due to clerical error. Not a problem in terms of the major purpose of the roof, but I really wanted blue!

I would definitely recommend Equity Roofing to anyone needing a roof replacement or repair the entire experience from start to finish was great. They send you a photo timeline as the roof is being installed and it is updated constantly all day. Everyone I have spoke with from Equity Roofing was kind and courteous to answer any and all questions or concerns I had along the way. Best part about the entire process was how easy and reassuring Equity Roofing made it for my family. Replacing a roof is one of the most important and difficult decisions any homeowner will have to make and Equity Roofing is the best choice for the job.

We recently had our roof completely replaced by Equity Roofing LLC, and the overall experience was outstanding from start to finish. Steve was our sales/project manager. He did a thorough inspection of our roof and provided photos of all areas of concern, that he addressed in detail during his presentation and price quote. All the staff at Equity Roofing were very professional and friendly. Trey was the crew supervisor for the project. He did an excellent job keeping us well informed throughout the project which was completed in one day. I had 32 squares of roofing installed. Needless to say, I never expected the job to be completed in one day. Trey supervised a crew of seven skilled workers. The crew displayed a high level of craftsmanship and teamwork. I was provided with a photo timeline throughout the project. I was very impressed with their care for our property; they took extra measures to protect our landscaping and did a thorough clean-up. In summary, they provided excellent craftsmanship, a fair price, and a high level af pride and professionalism. I highly recommend this contractor.

Following my initial contact, they responded promptly and communication was a priority with every employee, each one of whom was professional and conscientious. Photos of the project allowed me to follow the progress from the ground and to clarify issues. The Equity advertising sign remains near the entrance to my property, long after the job was completed, to show my respect and esteem for an exceptionally qualified roofing company.
