We were so pleased with the roofing job my mom had done. Our sales manager, Nate was so patient and answered all of our questions and more. His explanations were very detailed and he assisted my mom, myself and my sister on our decisions and worked with us on some roofing decisions that other contractors were not willing to guarantee. The work crew manager, Howard was just as informative and helpful with some future work that needs done. I can’t say enough about the work crew that were so pleasant and hardworking, and clean up was super even on a somewhat windy day. Plus, my corgi got some extra loving! Thanks for a great job!

I wanted to wait until there was a good rain event before writing a review on the new gutter installation by Empire. No leaks! They did a beautiful job and cleaned up the property nicely when finished. I felt that Bill and his crew were honest, hardworking and professional. Bravi!!! Everyone I dealt with at Empire Roofing and More was very friendly and professional. They even let my corgi Freddy into their work van at their lunch break to get extra pets. My roof looks awesome and you can tell looking at it that It was done by someone who takes pride in their work. After they were done, I checked my yard to make sure it was safe for Freddy and I didn’t find a single nail. Would highly recommend this company.

We recently had our roof, siding, and exterior work done, and the transformation is incredible! Our house looks completely different now and really stands out with the new color. The crew was professional, efficient, and clearly took pride in their work. We had a small hiccup during the project, but they handled it right away and made sure everything was perfect in the end. We had our roof replaced and three skylights installed this past winter. I’m very happy with the quality of the materials and the work. We had to wait several weeks for clear and relatively warm weather but the job was completed in one day when the weather briefly cleared. Our sales person, Scott, was very helpful and knowledgeable about the materials options. We had one minor leak from a skylight over our deck but the company sent someone to repair it the day after I called. Great customer service. I recommend Empire for anyone needing roof work on their home.
