Our historic home needed lots of TLC when we moved in, and our gutters were no exception. We knew we wanted to transition from white to black—along with soffits, fascia, and some dormer work—but all the companies we priced were way out of budget. A friend of ours recommended Eltz Home Improvements, and Shawn made it a point to stop by right away to give us a quote. The work was done seamlessly and efficiently within a matter of days, and there was no damage to my flowers or debris left in the yard. Shawn communicated everything to us, every step of the way. He even replaced our front porch roof which was rotting with age and weather damage. Done super affordably and within hours. My house is gorgeous! Shawn put windows in my house. Gave me the best price for excellent workmanship. Honest, reliable and fair... those are all the qualities I look for and I found them with Eltz. Would highly recommend. Since this review, Shawn has put a new roof on my house, and put new soffit on my front porch. All done with amazing pricing and quick but quality workmanship. In fact, he even came out on a Saturday when he was supposed to go out to eat that night with his wife just to make sure it got done and that I was a happy customer. CANNOT recommend this guy enough!!!

Shawn and his team did an excellent job replacing our roof. They really take the time to protect everything and clean up. Their work was well done and couldn’t be happier. Shawn was in constant communication and confirmed the color of the shingles prior to installation. Quote was very reasonable and always was very professional. Highly recommended!

I called Shawn as I called two other contractors who came in with inflated prices. Shawn was quick to give me his bottom price and blew the competition out the water. Since my prior roofer did a terrible job I researched what good material and quality work was. ELTZ did everything textbook and cleaned up everything in one day. They fixed where plywood was destroyed and sealed around the chimney perfectly. Don’t even shop around if you’re reading this he’s the guy and company for you!!

Look no further if you need any roof work - this is an amazing company with a great crew and very professional. The quality of the work is fantastic and they communicated with us every step of the way. They are also very skilled at working with your insurance company if the project is for a weather related claim. They arrived early, finished an entire roof in one day with full clean up. I am so impressed with the work. 10/10 ++++
