Our roof was showing the wear from harsh winters on Lake Erie. After doing some research, we decided to call Complete Roofing Systems. The receptionist was very pleasant and set us up with Jesse, who came out to the house within a few days to inspect our roof and discuss our options. He was professional and knowledgeable, yet down to earth and a good listener. Jesse took the time to adequately address all our questions and concerns. Once we had reviewed and signed the contract and decided on a color for our shingles, Selesta called to arrange a workday within the week. A crew of 10-12 showed up ~ 7am, headed by Brandon, the Project Manager. They got right to work prepping the area, including dropping breathable tarps from the roof to protect the bushes, plants & flowers. They tore off the old roofing and by ~ 5:30pm, had finished installing a new roof on the house, attached garage and 12'x12' shed. The crew worked hard and efficiently, but didn't compromise quality. Brandon monitored the project throughout the day to assure it was done as specified and to our satisfaction. They cleaned everything up and left no trace behind, including a magnet sweep for nails and staples. We are very happy with our new roof and the professional and quality work done by CRS. Now that we've had a couple good rain storms with high winds, we can say the roof is doing fine with no leaks or damage. We also noted little sound of rain on the roof with the upgraded underlayment we chose. Thanks Jesse, Brandon, and all the crew for a job well done. We would have no problem highly recommending CRS to anyone who asks about a new roof or repair.

From estimate to finished job they were very thorough. They kept me informed and documented their efforts every step of the way. Dan Craker and crew were very professional.
