If I could give them ZERO stars I would. Not even going to waste my time with why I gave them this rating. As another post mentioned... they lie right to your face.

When I was looking to replace my roof, my neighbor recommended Laman construction. They had done her roof a couple of years ago and she was very pleased with the job. I called the office to set up an estimate and within days, Kyle came out to view the roof. The next day he emailed me a quote which was well below what I expected so I went with them. Within a week a team was out to my house and completed the job within a day. The team was highly skilled and efficient in their work. If I had any questions, I would text Kyle and he would get right back to me.I would highly recommend Laman construction.

Very quick response to an existing roof that started leaking a week after I bought the house. Called them about the leak and the roof was replaced in 2 days, fair pricing based on bids with the same products. As a construction inspector in the heavy & highway industry, I work with a lot of contractors, Robert Laman is professional and personable.

Contracted with Laman to have our roof replaced, gutters replaced, chimney repair and soffit repair. Dustin did the estimating and took the time to cover all of our concerns. The estimate was thorough and fair. As soon as weather permitted work got started. The crew arrived promptly at 8:00 AM and worked until it was almost dark. Extremely hard working roofers and very pleasant to have on our property. The job was done exceptionally well and the cleanup was unlike anything I have experienced. My property was actually left cleaner than before the job! This was a big roof and a big job, but not too big for Laman Jr. Construction. I give them my personal recommendation and would not hesitate to hire them again.

After putting off much needed soffit/fascia and roof replacement, I completed Laman's online request form this June. From the quick initial response from Jenny to the estimate visit by Sean to the excellent work done by the roofing and soffit/fascia crews Laman Construction was great to work with. Having built the house years ago with my father, I appreciate the work of skilled trades people. They made the stressful experience of a major home improvement project a pleasant one. I receive compliments from friends and neighbors on the modern appearance of our home. I would highly recommend Laman and would not hesitate to have them do more renovation work on my home.
