Reached out to Wagner and he was great at explaining our options and coordinating the teams to do our new roof, new siding, new metals and new gutters. I was originally highly satisfied with the work because as you can see from the pictures it looked great. However looks can be deceiving. They reinstalled my awning improperly and it almost fell on me and my wife. Unique did pay for the professional awning company I called to properly install it afterwards. They improperly removed my permanent LED trim lighting and it's still not reinstalled. With the 1st wind storm multiple pieces of the siding came off on the front of the house just a few months later, trim work under windows are sagging and metal plate under the front door step keeps coming off. I had to call them back multiple times for visible bubbles on the fascia metal that can still be seen to today. I am currently waiting for an inspector that is supposedly coming tomorrow to look at the siding that blew off. For the amount paid, I should not be having these issues.

Unique Roofing and Restoration recently replaced the roof on our house, garage, and two sheds. They did an excellent job.
