Alex and his crew were highly efficient and professional when they did our roof. We were so impressed, we hired them do put siding on the house. Highly recommend.

October 2025 MY ROOF IS STILL LEAKING. W. Ticos has done NOTHING to fix this. Roof installed July of 2024, noticed water coming from behind fascia November of 2024 TRULY DISGUSTED WITH THIS COMPANY I had hired W Ticos to do my roof Brother's Roofing did the work. OK, fine I will admit, it was a HOT day, although that doesn't excuse their mistakes . I got on roof a few days later- no new boots. (Boots go around the pipes that come out of your roof.) And to be honest, I'd put money on they didnt install new Ice and Water Shield, but charged me. Called Ticos- "we will do something about that" 13 months later- NOTHING I noticed leaks in Dec, called again, he came out in Dec and Jan. Brother's Roofing came, lifted a few shingles "You're all set"- Nope We will be back in Good weather....I haven't seen NOR heard yet. Today is August 8 th Only thing Arias did was put up a "water diverter" that we had spoken about. He had it made OPPOSITE of what we spoke about. Now water, ice, snow sits at edge of roof instead of shooting off and it collects ON A SEAM. Two easy rules of Roofing 101 that you don't do, let it puddle and on a seam. Don't expect to hear from these guys when you have water leaks. Just don't

Wow! Where do I start? Alex wasted no time personally coming to meet me and kindly listened to my scattered brain of ideas. I had no starting point other than I Needed a new roof/siding/windows and doors. After brainstorming with him he brought me to the shop and he made sure I picked out exactly what I wanted and his professional knowledge and experience helped me tremendously. He was so patient and accommodating to everything I needed and asked for. Via phone, always there, need him to show up?there he is, never misses a beat! And The Crew! Loved them! The most happy group of people came to do such a huge project! Even when I asked them to change something or move a window there was no hesitation. Every barrier they came across they worked with me to figure it out when I had no clue what to do. I could go on and on about this company, I will always recommend them. Removed skylights and replaced roof in one day. Removed and replaced siding, ALL NEW WINDOWS plus additional, ALL NEW DOORS plus additional slider, in three days!! AMAZING !!! thank you all so much!
