We needed a new roof late in the season. Contacted Al Guevara and he came out and gave us a good estimate for new roof and gutters. His workers were prompt and did a great job in 14 degree weather!

From start to finish, their communication was top-notch—they kept me informed at every step of the process, even sending pictures along the way so I could see the progress. The quality of their work really shows. The siding looks fantastic, and the attention to detail was clear throughout the entire project. At the end of the job, they left the site spotless—everything was clean and tidy, which I really appreciated. Al and his team did an incredible job on our roof. They stripped and redid the entire roof in just one day, which was beyond impressive. The price was the best out of several quotes we received, and Al was absolutely amazing to work with. We had a separate issue with our chimney that required a mason, and Al was flexible and patient, working with us to make sure the timing of the project worked out. He was kind, honest, and professional from start to finish. 10/10 — I would recommend Al to any friends or family looking for roofing work.

Great job MGS on my new roof and skylights! Mike made the process seamless,especially so with the new skylight install.. The crew did an awsome job framing in and integrating the new smaller(biggest available)skylights with the existing interior. Good install.Timely,and they did a great job on the cleanup. Couldn't be happier!

Our home improvement vision included the conversion of our 40-yr old, failed seals, inefficient seven(7) large glass panel sunroom into a roof with skylights. After multiple failed attempts to find a contractor who had the expertise and desire to do the total job, we finally connected with MGS. Are we glad we did! A top notch professional organization, our experience started with MIke, who guided us through every detail of the roofing and conversion process and was our point man through completion. When our start date arrived a crew of 10 showed up at 7 AM and most stayed until 7 PM, completing the entire project in just one day ... AMAZING!
