Kev and Sons Construction

We are thrilled with our new two-car attached garage built by Kev & Sons. From start to finish, all the work was done well, professionally and on time, whether by Kev’s own crew or the subcontractors who excavated, graded, poured concrete and set the foundation. Kev’s communication is outstanding and was one of the things that made for a great experience. He checked in with us all along the way and even before the project started. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kev and his team nor will I look elsewhere if we ever have another construction project.

We hired Kev and Son's to take down the front porch and two story back deck of our log cabin. This was a big job as we had many rotted beams. He and his crew were able to bring our vision to life, blending new construction in with the cozy feel of our home. While we were not on site Kevin kept us posted with photos and was quick to touch base when finish questions came up. The sub contractor for our electrical was just as professional and efficient. We could not be happier with how our new space turned out. We highly recommend Kevin and his crew.

We hired Kev and Sons for a detached two car garage with a storage space above, and couldn't be happier. His crew was pleasant, hard working, and professional (as were the sub contractors he used). Once the foundation was complete the entire garage was done in less than a week! Kev himself was very easy to work with. He was always responsive to texts and questions, and checked in with me by phone or text every afternoon to make sure we were happy with the work and the progress being made. I would highly recommend Kev and Sons for any building projects!

Kevin came into our project after our first builder backed out. Kevin and his crew did a wonderful job. They were hard working and professional. They had most of our house built, windows installed, roof shingled and partially sided in a week even though it was January. He kept us updated through out the process. We look forward to working with him again on our next project.

We recently hired Kev and his crew to build us a mudroom addition and 2 car garage on to our existing house. We are incredibly pleased with the result! His crew was friendly, professional and clearly enjoy their jobs. They matched our house so well with high attention to detail. We also feel that Kev is honest and trustworthy. All of the subcontractors in addition to Kev's crew were also top notch, professional and spoke highly of Kev and his work. We would definitely be interested in hiring Kev and Sons Construction again for future projects!
