I recently had my roof replaced by Rejoice and Restore and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the first consultation with Hank, he took the time to explain every step of the process, answered all my questions, and worked with the Insurance company which removed the burdon on me. The crew arrived on time and worked efficiently and treated my property with respect. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding — the new roof looks fantastic, and I feel confident knowing it was installed correctly and with great attention to detail. They also handled all debris removal and left the yard spotless when the job was done. It’s rare to find a company that combines excellent customer service with top‑tier craftsmanship, but this team delivered on both. I highly recommend them to anyone needing roof replacement or repair. They made what could have been a stressful project feel easy and well‑managed.

Rejoice and Restore were a pleasure to work with. Hank handled everything from start to finish very professionally. I never felt pressured. Once the scope of work, payment and timing were worked out everything went like clockwork. The work crew was polite and very efficient. My experience with Rejoice & Restore was superb! As a tax lawyer myself, I was very pleased when Mr. Bryan Braunstein (“Bryan”) came to my door to inform me of the Connecticut Public Act and why I would be able to get a brand new roof through my insurance due to a local high wind storm! After the initial inspection, Bryan brought to my attention that areas of my roof had fascia rotting and were not flashed properly, and Rejoice & Restore even went the extra mile to not only give me a beautiful new roof but replace these areas of concern! I am so pleased with the way my home looks now and I can’t say enough about how good these guys are, especially Bryan! I definitely would recommend Bryan as he walked me through the process step by step and ensured that my project was a top priority and I very much enjoyed working with him! Back in early June, a young man named Bryan Braunstein convinced me to consider seeing if my ancient roof had sustained wind damage in recent storms. Bryan is the sales rep for Rejoice and Restore. He returned with coworker Jamie Roche a few days later and they assessed the roof, taking pictures by drone as they went along. Upon analysis, Bryan informed me that there was absolutely wind damage. Next Bryan arranged for an inspection by my insurer's adjuster. They met and inspected the roof together. Rejoice and Restore takes all the necessary steps to file the claim on your behalf and see it through to its approval, including completing the project. You really don't have to do anything. Bryan submitted the claim for wind damage to the insurer. At first they would only approve a repair for the back side of the roof. Bryan came back and got more pictures and supplied the claims adjuster with supporting evidence along with supportive scientific analysis. The claim was escalated to a higher level and more pictures and more analysis of what wind damage looks like were supplied to the insurer. In the end, his evidence couldn't be dismissed and he reminded them that they had to adhere to the match law. It went from a partial roof repair to a complete replacement! I've never seen someone fight so hard for someone else, but his belief in right and wrong was unstoppable. He knew he was right. I got a new roof for the price of my insurance deductible. Last Wednesday the roof was replaced. There wasn't a single hitch in the process. The crew came in, tore off the old roof and installed the new one. In one day. My yard is a nightmare to work in because there's a lot of pollinator plant growth everywhere. The crew was incredibly careful and respectful of my yard. The new roof is simply beautiful. I couldn't be happier with the results. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a roof! Every person in this company is incredibly hard working, respectful and good at what they do. Jamie was fantastic and handled my new roof with expertise and professionalism. Highly recommend Rejoice & Restore. They are very responsive, walk you through the entire process, and their installers did amazing work. They cleaned up well after they were complete, my yard looked better than when they started!
